Since we did not have enough members
at the meeting we unanimously agreed and for the continuity of the Club and that the
Officers and Board would be as follows:

Fun Day at Howard Amon Park, Richland WA.
Shirley Christensen is the Coordinator
Saturday May 18, 2002 South
Washington Fun Day at Kalama Fairgrounds, Kalama WA
Mary James, Amber Mansur, Toni Louison are the Coordinators
These Fun Days will include GTG,
Racing, Conformation Seminar. We will not be able to offer Agility practice unless each of
the Coordinators can find local sources.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY, JUNE 22, 23,
2002 OUR TRIAL, THE WHEATLAND CLASSIC III AND IV
Molly Rombach will chair Saturday
events, and Peggy Forman will chair Sunday
It was agreed that Racing would be
offered on Sunday only, with a start time of 8:00AM
The silent auction will be held at dinner on Saturday PM. Raffle to be held on Sunday at
approximately 2:00 PM Shirley Christensen will the the contact person for raffle and
auction donations.
Marty Christensen will be handling
the class ribbons and prizes.
Molly will contact Michael Ericson
to see if he wants to come to the trial for Baer testing.
Shirley has a vet in Richland that may be willing to do Cerf clinic.
Tami McReynolds will offer
Microchipping again this year.
Molly will send out Judge Agreements
next week.
It was agreed that we will pay all
the judges the same, $100.00 per day.
Our conformation judges will also
have airfare, lodging and meals paid for by the Club
GTG, Agility and Obedience judges
will each receive $100, lodging for Saturday night and Saturday's dinner.
Some optional classes will be added
in Conformation, GTG and Racing.
We will have a Tri-State Bred, open
to any adult dog bred in Washington, Oregon or Idaho.
There will also be a Foreign Bred
class
We will also offer a costume class.
In GTG there will be outlaw classes
for over and under dogs
There will also be Outlaw classes
offered in Racing.
Liz Valles has offered to chair the
trial for 2003.
Molly and Wendy are checking out
caterers for the Saturday Dinner and Seminar. |
